Relaxation of ECB Norms for Infra Firms

A dedicated window to meet the ECB requirements of the infrastructure companies is overdue. The stipulations, regarding the end-use of funds, raised through ECB, need to be relaxed on a priority basis, at least for the infrastructure companies.
